Soles for A.I.R. 2018

October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month and National Bully Prevention Awareness Month. Every year in recognition of the aforementioned, A.I.R. Project has its annual Soles for A.I.R. community event.  At this event, A.I.R. Project provides a new pair of shoes to youth who are victims of abuse or at risk of being exposed to violence and abuse. As of 2018, we have provided over 300 pairs of shoes to youth in Houston TX and Austin TX a well as their surrounding metropolitan areas.

In addition to providing new pair of shoes, A.I.R. Project partners with different community organizations, businesses, and individuals to make this a successful event every year. Some of our loyal community partners and amazing guests includes Raising Cane's, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Welch Middle School, P31 Woman's Organization, Code Red Pro Dance Team, and renowned psychotherapist extraordinaire, Mrs. Lola Clay!
